Williard Tinsley

Williard Tinsley was born in Houston, Texas. He attended Lamar High School, Wharton Junior College, Stephen F. Austin University and Baylor Law School. Willard was licensed to practice law in 1970.

In 1973, he joined the Staff Counsel of Wausaw Insurance Company as its Managing Attorney. He returned to private practice in 1988. Willard is a trial attorney in the areas of Insurance Defense, Family Law and Personal Injury law. He has extensive experience in toxic tort litigation.

He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and Houston Bar Association.

Willard is also an experienced and sucessful Mediator having conducted over 600 mediations and 15 arbitrations.

He enjoys golf, sporting events and family get togethers in his spare time.

Paul R. "Randy" Tinsley

Paul R. "Randy" Tinsley, also a Houston native, was born October 5, 1946. He graduated from Bellaire High School in 1965. He attended and graduated from Baylor University and Bates College of Law at the University of Houston. He was admitted to the Texas Bar Association in 1972.

He enjoyed 23 years of success in private practice. In 1977, he helped form the law firm of Morris, Tinsley & Snowden. Randy practiced in the areas of Title Insurance Litigation, Real Estate, Banking and International Business Associations.

In 1995 he joined American International Group ("AIG") as Staff Counsel. He was involved in all areas of Insurance Defense inlcuding Premises Liability, Professional Liability, Automobile and Truck crashes and Products Liability.

He joined the Staff Counsel of Travelers Insurance Company in 2002 performing the same type of legal services.

n November, 2008, Randy and his brother, Willard, formed a new law firm, Tinsley and Tinsley. Randy opened an office in Conroe. Randy and Willard offer services in both Harris County and Montgomery County.

Randy and his wife Mary have been married for 39 years and have two married daughters,two son-in-laws and 3 grandchildren.
